Our facility includes a testing room, two classrooms, a computer lab, a meeting room, multipurpose room, childcare room, parent and child room, and a gymnasium. Host your next event at Thorn Hill!

Rental Rules & Information
- Must be 21 years of age and provide driver’s license.
- Usage of gym and immediate area covered by fee.
- No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.
- Building must be secured by renter.
- Special equipment may be brought in or rented from THEC.
- No rentals after 11:00 pm unless cleared by the Executive Director.
Rental Fees & Payment
- Gym rental $50 per hour during regular business hours (two hour minimum).
- $50 per hour plus $15 per hour custodial fee outside of regular business hours.
- Use of tables and chairs are available, cost TBD.
- Payment made by check or cash prior to rental.
- Discounted rates available for gym rental of more than 10 hours per month.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations can be cancelled by THEC due to exceptional circumstances with full refund.
- Renter may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours prior to day of set-up.
- After set-up begins renter is responsible for cost of set-up/tear down.
- Rental agreement must be signed in person. Rentals are PRE PAY ONLY.
